Configuring a job and adding it to your cart doesn't place an order — nothing is charged until you approve your proof and complete checkout. Prices shown exclude GST until the cart, where GST is added.
Artwork and proofs
We check every uploaded file automatically for trim size, bleed, embedded fonts, image resolution and colour space. These checks are warnings, not blocks — approving your proof after acknowledging a warning means we print exactly what you supplied, and that combination isn't covered by our reprint policy.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Bank transfer and PayID orders are held as awaiting payment and don't enter production until funds clear — bank transfer holds expire after 14 days unpaid.
