This policy explains what information Ready Steady Print Pty Ltd (ABN 99 660 041 573) collects when you use this site and place an order, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone) and delivery address you provide at checkout; the artwork files you upload; and payment information, which is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Artwork retention
- Artwork attached to an unpaid cart is deleted after 30 days.
- Artwork attached to a paid order is retained for 24 months from upload, then deleted.
How we use your information
To process and produce your order, to contact you about it, and to issue a compliant tax invoice. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond running your order and, where you've agreed, keeping you updated about Ready Steady Print.
The free file check and offers
If you use the free file check on our homepage, we ask for your email address before showing your results. We keep that address, the name of the file you checked and the result. The file itself is deleted under the artwork retention periods above. If you ask us to, we email you a copy of the report.
Because you gave us your email address for the file check, we also send you a short series of emails about getting artwork print-ready, and a personal $5 code for a future order. If you tick the box asking for offers and print tips, we send you those as well. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop them.
We use Sender (sender.net) to send our marketing emails, so your email address is held there as well as with us. You can ask us to delete your details at any time at hello@readysteadyprint.com.au.
