Common questions

When does my turnaround start?

At order placement. Because you approve your proof before you pay, the clock starts as soon as the order is in — not when we get around to checking it.

What if my file has a warning?

Warnings are advice, not a block. You can acknowledge one and we'll print it. We flag it internally so our team gives it a second look before it goes on press.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Within an hour, yes. After that we've usually started — call us and we'll see what's possible.

What if the job arrives damaged or wrong?

We reprint or refund. Errors in supplied artwork aren't covered, which is why every file gets checked before you pay.

How is delivery charged?

Freight is calculated on your actual order weight and your delivery postcode at checkout. Local pickup from our Victorian premises is free when enabled.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Choose bank transfer at checkout and we'll email an invoice with a payment reference. Production starts once funds clear.
